We made homemade puffy paint
These bottles were under
a dollar at Wal-Mart
For each bottle of paint we used, 1/2 cup
of self rising flour, salt & powered tempera paint. You can also use liquid paint if you would like. I put it in a measuring cup, mixed with fork or wisk.
Then pour in bottles.
I did not measure the water.
Add for the consistence you like. At first
it would not squeeze out of the bottle
very well so I added more water.

The powder tempera paint can
be purchased at Hobby Lobby.
When masterpiece is done, place
in Microwave for 30 seconds.
The paint will puff up.
